Meet Our Founders
Big ideas, real impact.
In 2019, Brodie and Darlyn got together over some coffee and shared some concerns and wishes about the dance community-what it was lacking and how they could help...
They started writing down ideas and exercises that would help bring more educational tools to artists and dancers. Tools that could help their career in the future but also to connect with their human side, to be mindful and present whilst dancing.
They decided to test it out on a studio in Costa Rica and after the 3 day workshop they knew this was the start of something bigger.
